Keeping fingernails short to avoid germs
DISINFECTING all common objects at the family’s home
COUGH & SNEEZE in elbow when no tissue is nearby
QUARANTINE when needed
TEACH YOUNG CHILDREN safety measures during your care session
Attend Weekly Video Health Check-Ins
Daily take your MULTI-Vitamin Regiment (Recommended)
Get your Annual FLU-Shot (Recommended)
